Axle was suddenly taken from us just before his 10th year with a twisted spleen......it is so quite here now

The loss of  my boy at such a young age, many would understand my grief....................

His last litter (natural mating ) was born in Feb 2005 in Western Australia , his last litter from AI in Australia (not under my prefix) is due May 2005. 

Axle is a result of line breeding to African lines, he stands 27 1/2ins & 46kg.

He is true red wheaten in colour and excels in movement, temperament and breed type, and now he is producing this in his children. A proven sire with already 20 Champion progeny & 3 Grand Champions, (in Australia & Overseas) with another 2 on the way to their  Grand Champion titles.

His kids are doing him proud with many Specialty, All Breeds and Endurance awards, including Best In Show (specialty & all breeds) Runner Up to Best In Show (all breeds).

Axle was titled at just under 17 months of age and has well over 180 (and well over 1,550 CC's) In Group/In Show awards to Dec 2001 (at All Breeds and Specialty Shows) and in the last two years has been semi retired! Axle represented the breed in the Hound of the Year 97,98 , 99 & 2002. Axle again won BOB at the Melbourne Royal in 2001 making that 4 times in 6 years. Axle is now retired from the ring only to come out for the Veterans and Sire Classes. (view Axle's Progeny)

Axle has some kids overseas and to date all have HD scores of A or B with 2 to date scoring on  their Elbows (one weak, one not enough information received to tell you the out come) , many have passed mentality tests and their gun shot proof tests in Europe.
